My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, with warm service and beautiful decorations adding to the charm, worth the price. However, the noise levels were high, affecting the overall tranquility of the place. Rooms were clean but noisy and dusty, although the easy access to key sites in Bogotá was a big plus.

Despite being clean, my room on the fifth floor had some issues. It was directly below the laundry, making it a bit noisy. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of humidity, and dust was present throughout our stay.

The service had its ups and downs. While some staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, others, especially at the front desk and during breakfast, exhibited rudeness. However, room service and car hire were efficient.

The hotel's location was exactly what I needed for my stay. It provided easy access to key sites in Bogotá and was situated in a good place for exploring different parts of the city. However, the noise, particularly with electric hammers from early morning till late afternoon, was disruptive.

The dining options were quite limited with the same breakfast every day consisting of just eggs with meat and bread. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't accommodate my vegan requirements as prearranged.
